ANALYSIS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPATIBILITY OF EMPLOYEES

Psychological compatibility is examined as the phenomenon including interpersonality relations, and the following supposes:

1.   Complementarity of necessities, implying adding to the display of necessities. For example, when one of subjects shows the strong aspiring to leadership, and other is a requirement in obedience.

2. Congruence of necessities, when both subjects (partners) possess the similar necessities satisfied with the same interpersonality relations.

3. Complementarity of skills, supposing indemnification flairs developed not enough a for one subject other (by a partner).

4.  Complementarity of knowledge, when both partners possess uncriss-cross knowledge, so that each of them can study at other.

5. Community of values, when partners on joint activity have the general system of values and rule of behavior.
